- I acknowledge the order must be delivered within 2 weeks of purchase date. If after 2 weeks the order has not been delivered, I acknowledge that it will be cancelled and refunded less a 3% return processing fee.
- I acknowledge that my Modtub’s price includes standard delivery which means a two-person delivery crew, within the 60-mile delivery radius, accessible with our Spa Cart, onto a level and solid base. If we need to bring additional people or there are delivery/access issues, this will result in additional charges.
- I acknowledge the delivery service does not shim or level the spa, and it is my (customer) responsibility to properly prepare the surface for delivery.
- I acknowledge this package does not include filling the spa, performing any electrical service/hook-up, or chemical start-up/operational guidance.
- I acknowledge that I am responsible for any/all costs related to special equipment (crane, contractor, electrician, extra manpower) needed for spa delivery.
- I acknowledge that it is my (customer) responsibility to provide access to the sides of the spa in the event service is needed.
- I acknowledge that delivery is subject to suitable access. In the event suitable access is not available, the delivery agent reserves the right to refuse delivery. If this happens, Modtub will refund the customer’s money less a 3% return processing fee or reschedule delivery at an additional fee.
