Choose the Modtub size that’s right for you. Order it online or at our showroom.
Delivery and Installation
Set up a licensed electrician to handle hookup, and we’ll deliver and install.
Step 1: Preparing your space for a Modtub
Before you purchase your Modtub, there are a few things we need you to do.
- Check with local ordinances or HOA rules to ensure your Modtub’s location won’t cause a violation.
- Make sure you have a foundation large and strong enough to hold your Modtub. Learn what a solid foundation looks like here
- Clear a delivery route from your driveway to the Modtub foundation. We deliver Modtubs on their side and need at least 40-inches of clearance to get into a space. (Standard delivery and installation is included in the price of your Modtub, but please note: if we have to remove fence panels or crane in the Modtub, there will be additional expenses.)
- Set up your electrical hookup. All our Modtubs require a 240v 50 amp hardwired electrical hookup, and the subpanel needs to be installed before delivery. This should be done by a licensed electrician. We’re happy to recommend local electricians we trust, but we do not handle electrical ourselves.

You’ll need a 240v 50 amp hardwired electrical hookup.
Subpanel
This should be done prior to delivery and Modtub installation. At the time of delivery, you’ll need your electrician to be there for the final hook up.

Step 2: Purchase your Modtub
We recommend scheduling a consultation online or in our showroom to make sure all of your questions are answered, but it’s not required!
All our Modtubs come with the same modern features, so choose your size and proceed with your purchase.
Use our super convenient financing or pay out-of-pocket whether you’re shopping online or in our showroom. Please input any delivery challenges (like narrow or complicated spaces) in the checkout form, and sign the confirmation form verifying your space is ready for delivery.

Electrical set up (must be performed by a licensed electrician). Additional labor or equipment for special deliveries (i.e. removing fence sections or craning in a Modtub).
Step 3: Delivery and Installation
We try to make this whole experience as easy as possible on you so you can start enjoying your Modtub as soon as possible.
- Schedule Delivery: Our delivery team will reach out to you to schedule a date and time for delivery. All deliveries must happen within two weeks of purchase (but we can often deliver as soon as the next day.) Be sure you’re fully prepared for your Modtub to arrive before you make a purchase.
- Delivery Day: You’ll receive a notification when your delivery team is on the way. Upon arrival, they will unload your Modtub, set it in your prepared foundation, start filling it, install the cover lift, and walk you through the operations.
