Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled up until it ships. There is a 10% cancellation fee.
a. Custom colors and custom items cannot be cancelled.

2. We do not accept returns. Once your item has shipped, your purchase is final.

3. Discounts only apply at the time of purchase and can't be applied retroactively. 


Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you agree to either pay in full or place a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance automatically processed before shipment. A 10% cancellation fee, based on the total order amount, applies to any cancellations after the deposit is placed.
